1、 Abdominal organ injury
1. Symptoms:
The patient feels persistent abdominal pain, which intensifies intermittently and is afraid to breathe deeply. The abdominal wall is tense like a plate, with obvious tenderness and even shock. Consider having ruptured hollow organs (such as the stomach and intestines). Causing peritonitis, or rupture and bleeding of substantial organs (such as liver, spleen, kidney).
2. First aid measures:
Avoid eating, drinking water, or using painkillers, and promptly seek medical attention.
2、 Chest trauma
1. Symptoms:
After injury, it often causes traumatic asphyxia. Patients may experience severe chest pain, pale complexion, cold sweating, cold limbs, and even shock in a short period of time. If there is difficulty breathing, coughing with blood and phlegm, and subcutaneous emphysema in the chest area, it indicates that there is damage to the lungs, leading to pneumothorax or hemothorax.
2. First aid measures:
Immediately take a semi recumbent position. If there is a wound on the chest wall that causes open pneumothorax, the wound should be quickly bandaged and closed to change from open pneumothorax to closed pneumothorax. Seek medical attention promptly.
3、 Skull fracture
1. Symptoms and signs:
Open skull fractures with scalp fissures are easy to detect. Closed skull fractures sometimes show local depression or scalp hematoma with protrusion, mostly indicating a skull base fracture accompanied by cerebrospinal fluid leakage. If the morning brain tissue is damaged to varying degrees or compressed by intracranial hematoma, the coma lasts for a long time, or falls into a coma again after waking up, accompanied by neurological localization symptoms, which are ominous signs and should be treated immediately, otherwise there is a life-threatening risk.
2. First aid treatment:
Place the injured person flat with their head slightly raised. When there is a wound or brain level strong overflow, handle it according to the principles mentioned earlier. For those with ear and nose discharge, do not apply pressure to fill. Urgently send to the hospital for further processing.
4、 Cerebral concussion
1. Symptoms:
Concussion is the mildest type of closed traumatic brain injury, with no organic damage to the nervous system and transient sexual dysfunction. After a few days of rest, the function can be fully restored without leaving any other obstacles. The clinical manifestation is temporary mental confusion or coma after injury, lasting for a few seconds, minutes, or even hours. After waking up, the memory of the injury process is unclear, and there may be dizziness, headache, vomiting, etc., but the symptoms often disappear after a few days.
2. Handling:
Rest quietly for a few days, receive targeted treatment, or administer a small amount of sedative. If the symptoms do not improve after general treatment in the short term, or if they worsen on the contrary, further examination and treatment are required.
